The Power of Connection.

Connection.

What does connection mean to you?

Immediately, when you think of connection, you may think of community and yes, that’s really important, so we’ll come back to that. But let’s start with the most important connection we can have in our lives.

Often, we are so busy DOing that if we are honest, we are disconnected with ourselves. Connection starts with us. It starts within you; it starts within me. We often look outside for the answers, but do we find them? When we expect the outside world to give us what we need, it gives us more of what we are focusing on to deal with. At times like this, we can feel disempowered. I know, I’ve been there. It’s easy to feel out of alignment with yourself and with life.

This opens another question. What are you manifesting and creating in your life and where are you creating it from?

These are questions I ask myself all the time. I’ve learned that I am the master of what I create through my connection within.

In 2015, when my life felt like it was falling apart: marriage, career, losing my family home, kids grown up and no longer needing me, an ageing women devalued in life, (it’s all about perception), I needed to be honest with myself. I had been so busy DOing the life which I thought I should be DOing that I had lost myself, I certainly didn’t love myself. I was disconnected from myself mind, body, emotions and Soul. That disconnection created stress, anxiety and illness. It was like every part of my life was on pieces of paper which had fallen on the floor, and I didn’t know which pieces I should pick up and which I should leave there. It was time for change.

I started a journey, a journey of connection back to me. To begin with, I made the mess even more messy by looking outwards for the answers. I was so far removed from who I truly am. Eventually, I realised that it was my inner compass that could give me the direction I needed so that I could pick up the right pieces of paper, nurture them and leave the rest behind.

I needed to create from a different place, a place within me. I needed to create not from my ego or my conditioning, but from a powerful energy which was a connection of love, within me. Yes, everything is energy and so is your inner compass. You might call it intuition, higher self or super consciousness. Whatever you choose to call it, when you are connected to your inner compass, you get the clarity of knowing what to manifest, creating your intention and choosing how to bring it into your reality.

Now here is the thing, we have been led to believe that we can’t connect with our inner compass, or that it’s just woohoo. You may even think it’s something that only certain people can do. But in fact, trusting your inner guidance and listening to it is your inner power.

You are not alone on this journey. So many of us are waking up to this realisation. We are in this together and that’s where the connection of community is really important.

We all have our own wisdom that can guide us on this journey. This inner wisdom is connected to one huge, infinite energetic data base of wisdom and when we come together, we activate this in each other. When we hold space for each other and say “I see you” we support each other in remembering the connection within ourselves.

The year 2025, and moving forwards, is all about connection. It is a time to come together. It is time to connect and collectively manifest the changes we choose with the guidance of our inner compass from love.

As I started to write on new pieces of paper in my life, I retrained and began working with groups of people. I connected with my inner wisdom and used this guidance to create a course which was so successful in the outcomes for those who attended, that I put it into a book.

In this Sacred space, you can connect deeply with your inner love and activate your divine feminine power to another level.  The divine feminine power is all about connection. It is love. It is creative, it flows, it pauses, it receives, it is sensitive and empathic, expressive and nurturing. These are qualities which have been devalued in our society, but they are important to create connection. Together we are healing the toxic masculine energy which has created disconnection for too long.

When we come together, we heal this disconnection which we experience in ourselves and see in the world. As each one of us changes our world within, we are changing the world without…together.
