MENTORING SERVICE AGREEMENT & TERMS OF BUSINESS

1. THE PARTIES & STATUTORY DISCLOSURE
This Agreement is between Somatic Leadership Group Ltd (“the Provider”), Company Number 17134038, Registered Office: 3 Pinfold Lane, Shelford, Nottingham, NG12 1EH, and the person or entity booking the service (“the Client”).

2. SCOPE OF MENTORING & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

  • Non-Clinical Service: This is a mentoring and professional development service. It is not psychotherapy, medical advice, or clinical counselling.
  • Medical Responsibility: If you have physical or mental health concerns, you must consult a medical professional. For therapeutic support, please contact the BACP (https://www.bacp.co.uk) or Samaritans (www.samaritans.org/how-we-can-help/contact-samaritan/).
  • Social Media: Any video content or information shared on social media is for general educational purposes only and must not be treated as medical advice.

3. CORPORATE CLIENTS & PARTICIPANTS

  • Where a Company (the “Corporate Client”) books for an employee (the “Participant”), the Corporate Client remains responsible for the payment of fees and ensuring the Participant adheres to these terms.

4. BOUNDARIES & COMMUNICATION

  • Availability: Standard business hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.
  • Response Times: I aim to respond to emails and messages within 48 hours. This period may be longer over weekends and public holidays.
  • Punctuality: Both parties agree to be ready at the scheduled start time. Late arrival by the Client will result in a shortened session.

5. SAFEGUARDING & DISCLOSURE OF HARM

  • Confidentiality: All sessions are private and confidential.
  • Legal Exceptions: Confidentiality will be breached if there is a perceived risk of harm to self or others. In such instances, relevant authorities (and/or your GP) will be notified without prior consent.
  • Responsibility: You acknowledge that you take full responsibility for your own wellbeing and will seek external professional help (e.g., therapy) if required.

6. FEES, TRANSFERS & REFUNDS

  • No Refunds: Once work has commenced or a deposit is paid via Calendly, no refunds will be issued.
  • 48-Hour Transfer Policy: Sessions may be rescheduled (transferred) provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the session fee is forfeited.
  • Invoicing: Final balances following a recommendation must be settled via the provided business bank link/invoice within 3 days.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & LIABILITY

  • Ownership: All rights to The ABC Framework (Awareness, Acceptance, Acknowledgement, Aligned Action, Allowing | Breath, Belief, Body | Clarity, Consistency, Courage, Confidence, Certainty, Closure), materials, and mentoring methods remain the property of Somatic Leadership Group Ltd. They are for your personal/internal use only.
  • Practitioner Status: I am a certified practitioner of Vanta Breathwork and Belief Coding®. These trademarks, frameworks, and specific methodologies remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
  • Usage: Any materials provided to you specifically relating to all these modalities are for your personal use during our mentoring and must not be copied or redistributed.
  • Liability: Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client. The Provider is not liable for indirect financial losses or your failure to meet self-defined goals.
  • Dispute Resolution: You agree to meet with the Mentor to “iron out” any issues or grievances before seeking to terminate the agreement or pursuing external claims.

8. MODALITY-SPECIFIC SAFETY

  • Breathwork, Belief & Body Work: You must disclose any physical issues or medical contraindications (e.g., heart conditions, high blood pressure, pregnancy) before we begin. I reserve the right to omit or adapt breathwork, belief or body healing techniques if I deem them unsafe for your current health status. Please refer to section 2.

9. DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

  • Your data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
