Why? Because it is TRUE.
Physical self-awareness and awareness practices themselves can really f@ck us up. They can make us think there is something wrong with us. Go into overdrive with psychoanalysing every single goddamn move and thinking it to mean something. ANYTHING.
It doesn’t always mean anything!
This is where we go wrong with self-awareness, we get too hung up on it. We start to question our every move and the motive behind that move. We start to distrust what our body is saying rather than just going along with it knowing that it won’t be perfect. Because awareness is not meant to be perfect.
As a Nottingham healer and spiritual counsellor, I teach you is to sense, release and reclaim your life… that is it.
The main thing is… Reclaim your life after stress and discontent.
You deserve to be happy and as content as possible (inside AND out). But, that doesn’t mean life doesn’t throw you a curve ball or two. No.
So, let’s stop the ‘perfect life’ and give thanks to a life that FEELS safe, happy and joyous (even when it sometimes seems shit). A life you most likely already have.
Physical Self-awareness is what you notice within your body (let’s just say a car). The more you notice it (without getting hung up) you will know how to move from the stress you feel quickly and live the life you deserve.
So, as you start to allow your inner driver (higher self) to drive that car, you learn the processes you need to reclaim your life on a subconscious (and conscious) level. In turn, your car starts to run a little smoother, happier, and joyous sooner.
